Baseball workouts will begin the week of Jan 25th. It is my responsibility to remind everyone that these workouts will be different from years past. For the first few weeks, there will be zero skill practice or development training. We will only be conditioning i.e. running, sprinting, stretching, core strength exercises.
In order to participate in any type of workouts, you must have a physical on file. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND WORKOUTS WITHOUT A PHYSICAL ON FILE. Also, there are a few other forms that need to be filled out as well. Those forms are as followed:
Physical Form, Activities Contract, Concussion From, Covid 19 form, and Return to Participation form. All of these must be turned in before you can participate.
All athletes must have a mask covering at all times. Protocols will be explained in detail on our first day of workouts, Monday Jan, 25th at 4pm. Please arrive on time and be ready to begin at 4pm. Our coaches will be ready to ensure safe protocols are in place.
These initial workouts will not require a glove or any type of baseball equipment, so please just bring warm clothing and tennis shoes/turf shoes. We will not have access to locker rooms, so come dressed and leave promptly after the workouts are over. All athletes must bring their own water bottle and you are not to share your water bottle with any other athletes.
