Athletic Physicals will be conducted on Wednesday, June 6 at 5:30 PM, 6:00 PM, 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM in the main gym.  Cost will be $20 per athlete.  All athletes must have the following items filled out prior to receiving their physical:

VHSL Physical Form
Henrico County Concussion Form
Henrico County Student Athlete Contract
